As the storm system moves from the south to the north, conditions are expected to dry out by afternoon if not sooner. After reaching only 50 for the high on Wednesday and 53 yesterday, the mercury is forecast to climb to the upper 50s today.
The weekend still looks to be mostly sunny with highs around 60.
