LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Las Vegas Ballpark is known for it’s distinctive food created by top chefs. Chef Brian Howard designed four hot dogs specifically for The Ballpark. They are known as “Fly Dogs.”
The 4 “Fly Dogs” are: The Jetsetter, The Chicago Smokehouse, The Heater and The Hercules.
Howard also owns and runs the “Sparrow and Wolf” restaurant on Spring Mountain Rd. in Chinatown, Las Vegas.
