CBSMiami is reporting that a woman had to be removed from a flight headed to Las Vegas on Valentine’s Day after she was reportedly unruly on a plane.
Valerie Gonzalez, 32, allegedly got upset when she found out she was seated next to a child shortly after she boarded JetBlue’s Flight 7 at Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International on Feb. 13.
“I’m not sitting next to an (expletive) three-year-old, I’ve been drinking all day,” she said, according to her arrest report.
Gonzalez then reportedly moved seats but still had a problem with the people sitting in front of her and began shouting loud profanities at them.
The flight crew tried asking her to leave the plane but was forced to call security.
“(expletive) you. Get the (expletive), I’m getting off the plane,” shouted Gonzalez as she was escorted off of the plane. “Don’t touch my (expletive). I’ll get off the plane.”
Gonzalez apparently thought she’d be able to catch another flight shortly after being removed from the plane.
“Oh because I called someone old I get kicked off the (expletive) plane. Bye. Bye, enjoy your self in Vegas babies. Vegas baby, Vegas. I’ll be there in an hour.”
According to the arrest report, Gonzalez tried to get back on the plane and when a gate agent blocked her path she hit her. She was then taken into custody but refused to walk or comply with officers, so she was put in a wheelchair and rolled out of the terminal.
Gonzalez has been charged with battery and appeared in court earlier this morning.
