President Trump’s U.S. airstrikes against Syria Thursday night left impressions for some locals around the Las Vegas valley. 8 News Now has reported many times on Las Vegas’ history with refugees.
According to Catholic Charities of southern Nevada, the organization welcomes more than 3,000 refugees every single year, some of them from Syria.
