Suspect arrested in downtown shooting, 1 person remains at large

One person is in custody and another remains at-large in a March 18 Downtown Las Vegas shooting.

Police arrested 29-year-old Dustin Pellican after the shooting occurred on the 600 block of East Fremont Street around 2:53 a.m. 

Metro’s Gang investigators say a group of adults got into a fight near 6th and Fremont Streets. After the fight, two to three of the individuals in the altercation pulled out several guns and fired multiple shots striking three innocent bystanders. 

Two victims sustained non-life threatening injuries and a third victim self-transported to University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Detectives need assistance identifying the outstanding suspect, who is described as an 18 to 24 year-old Hispanic male, wearing a black hat, black jacket, and tan pants.
