Two of Caesars Entertainment properties lost power on the Las Vegas Strip Thursday.

“This afternoon Flamingo Las Vegas and The Cromwell were affected by a power outage that has since been restored,” a spokesperson with Caesars Entertainment said. “There are no injuries to report and NV Energy continues to investigate the cause of this outage.”

One tourist posted a Facebook message about what it was like being at the hotels with limited power.

The power went out around 2:30 p.m., but was restored around 5:35 p.m.

NV Energy says the cause of the outage was a failed cable.
