Police search for home invasion suspects, dog shot

Metro Police are looking for three suspects responsible for a home invasion robbery on August 16th.

Authorities say the suspects entered a home in the area of Tara Avenue and Rainbow Boulevard confronting the homeowner. All the suspects were armed during the incident with one firing a shot striking the victim’s dog.

The suspects ransacked the home and took several items of value.

Police described the following suspects:

  1. Black male adult, 20-30 years old, 5′-10″ tall, muscular build with short black hair.
  2. Black male adult, 18-25 years old, 5′-10″ tall, thin build with black braided hair. Possibly had a unknown tattoo on the right side of his neck.
  3. Black male adult, 20-30 years old, 6′-0″ tall, heavy set with braided hair. Unknown tattoo located on the outside of bicep of left arm.
