Police: Evidence suggests 2 suspects in double homicide

Evidence found at the scene of a double homicide on Thursday suggests there may be two male suspects, Metro Police said.

The bodies of a man and woman in their 20’s was found Thursday in an apartment in the 4400 block of Hualapai Way in a southwest neighborhood.

According to police, both victims were shot and had been dead for several hours. They were discovered by a friend who stopped by the apartment.

Police say a motive remains unknown.

These are the 141st and 142nd homicides investigated by Metro this year.
