North Las Vegas Police are investigating a deadly crash which happened around 1:30 Wednesday morning near Lake Mead Boulevard and Ellis Street.
Police say two cars crashed head-on. One person is dead and multiple people have been transported to the hospital. Those sent to the hospital are expected to survive, police said.
The intersection was closed for several hours.
