New face arrives for Golden Knights, two depart via free agency

News

The Vegas Golden Knights made some deals over the weekend with free agency in full swing.

The team picked up a few players and lost a few, too. David Perron (St. Louis Blues) and James Neal (Calgary Flames) will wear new uniforms in the Fall, but added Winnipeg Jets forward Paul Stastny on Sunday. The Knights are still in the running to work out a trade for Ottawa Senators All-Star blueliner Erik Karlsson, who’s one of the league’s stars coming at an asking price.

8 News NOW Sports Director Chris Maathuis has the story on the wheeling and dealing.
