The mugshots of four suspects accused of murdering a 16-year-old boy at a house party seven years ago were released Tuesday.
Arthur Moore, Nadin Hiko, Devonte Wash, and Devon Phillips were all indicted by the Clark County Grand Jury Thursday.
They’re accused of killing Aric Brill. Police said Aric was gunned down at a house party near Charleston Avenue and Sloan Lane in February of 2009.
Aric was one of two shot at the party. The other victim was shot four times but survived. Aric was shot in the back of the head, police said.
Metro Police says five armed gang members robbed Aric and his friends as the group was returning to the party from a nearby convenience store. Only one person is believed to have opened fire killing Aric and wounding his friend.
The assailants got away with $20 and a cell phone.
On Thursday, the men were all indicted on the following charges:
- Murder with use of a deadly weapon
- Attempted murder with use of a deadly weapon
- Conspiracy to commit robbery
- Robbery with use of a deadly weapon
- Assault with use of a deadly weapon
