Nevada Highway Patrol troopers are investigating a deadly motorcycle crash involving another vehicle shortly before 4:15 a.m. Saturday morning.
According to NHP, a pick up truck was traveling west on the I-215 near Aliante Parkway when it crossed the median into the eastbound lanes colliding with the motorcycle. The male and female occupants in the pick up were transported to UMC with non-life threatening injuries, the male motorcyclist died on scene.
Both vehicles were fully engulfed in flames with impairment suspected on the male driver of the pick up truck.
This is the 36th fatal crash in NHP’s southern command this year.
