As rumors circulate that the Excalibur’s Tournament of Kings show may meet its end, MGM Resorts is speaking out. The company says their show isn’t going anywhere.

Tournament of Kings has been entertaining crowds since 1990. As older hotels are torn down and new acts are continuously added, some are left wondering if the dinner show still draw in big numbers.

We asked MGM Resorts how the show is doing, particularly after the implementation of the paid parking program. The company didn’t comment on visitor numbers or ticket sales. MGM did address concerns saying, “we normally don’t comment on rumors but we want to assure our employees and our guests that we have no plans to close Tournament of Kings. The show is one of the longest-running and most successful shows on the strip. In fact, we’re looking forward to sharing our holiday version of Tournament of Kings once again with our guests beginning in November. It was a big hit last year. “

MGM Resorts says they don’t want their employees to worry and that the show will still go on.
