Clark County firefighters remained on the scene of a massive fire in east Las Vegas throughout the night. The fire started at The Wetlands Tuesday evening. Smoke could be seen across the valley for miles.
Firefighters say the fire burned just over 14 acres. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
Firefighters say the weather helped crews since there were no strong winds.
The Clark County Fire Department and BLM were at the scene all night and turned over the site to a 21-person crew from the Nevada Division of Forestry for mop up.
