UPDATE: The Clark County Coroner identified the victim in Saturday’s incident as 22-year-old Dylan Robbins. Investigators determined his cause of death to be drowning and the manner is accidental. His city of residence is unknown. 

A 22-year-old man is dead after he was pulled from the water at Lake Mead National Recreation Area on Saturday. 

Park rangers received the call around 12:37 p.m. about a person in distress off of Sail Beach.

Rangers pulled the man from the water and medical responders performed CPR on the man, but could not revive him, according to the National Park Service. He was pronounced dead at 1:47 p.m.

The incident was not connected to the man currently missing at Lake Mead. Search crews are continuing their search on Sunday for 22-year-old Wilmer Dante Morales.

Morales was last seen on Friday at the Lake Mead Marina.
