UPDATE: Corner identifies Henderson man found dead in his home

HENDERSON, Nev. (KLAS) The Clark County Coroner’s Office has identified the Henderson man found dead in his home under suspicious circumstances.

He has been identified as 55-year-old Curtis Rimer. The coroner has not yet listed a cause of death.

According to Henderson Police, the man was reported as a missing person Tuesday by an out-of-state family member who also requested a welfare check at the man’s home in the 1900 block of Cutlass Drive near Sunset Road and Valle Verde Drive.

Police found the man’s body Tuesday around 7:10 p.m. and said it appeared he died of suspicious circumstances.

The victim’s red 2011 Subaru Legacy with the license plate 263G63 is also missing.

This is the fourth homicide being investigate in Henderson this year. The man’s identity will be released by the Clark County Coroner.
