Judge rules certain Clark County polling locations will stay open until 8 p.m.

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Clark County District Court judge has granted an order that will allow some Clark County polling locations to stay open until 8 p.m.


The Trump campaign and Nevada Republican Party filed a late afternoon lawsuit Tuesday to keep certain polling locations open an additional hour because they didn’t open on time in the morning.

According to the lawsuit, which named Joseph Gloria, the registrar of voters for Clark County, 22 polling location sites opened late due to technical issues. An additional eight locations were added to the list during the hearing.

The filing includes a tweet from the Elections Division for the Nevada Secretary of State that went out Tuesday morning after those polling places opened late.
