Las Vegas police have released surveillance photos of a suspect who robbed the cashier cage at a Las Vegas hotel-casino.

Police are investigating a robbery at the cashier cage inside the Circus Circus hotel-casino at 2:32 a.m. 

Police say the suspect approached a cashier at the casino cage, presented a handgun and demanded cash. 

The cashier complied and placed cash on the counter.  After obtaining the cash, the suspect left the casino out the southeast doors and got into the passenger seat of a light-colored SUV. 

The vehicle was last seen driving south onto Las Vegas Boulevard and possibly went west on Spring Mountain Road. 

The suspect is described as a black man between 20 to 30 years old, around 5’8″ tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red hoodie, white and blue baseball hat, black pants and red shoes.
