Students, staff at Cheyenne High School sent home due to power outage

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A power outage at Cheyenne High School Friday resulted in students and staff being sent home to learn.

Students received an automated message this morning from the principal saying students would need to transition to at-home learning for the day.

According to NV Energy’s website, the power is expected to restored to the area around 9 a.m.
