NORTH LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A man is in custody and facing a murder charge in the death of a man on March 3 at an apartment complex.
Police arrested Jamal Gibb for a shooting that happened in the 3900 block of North Scott Robinson Boulevard, near MLK Boulevard and Craig Road.
The man who died was identified as 29-year-old Jaylon Tiffith.
