Police hoping to identify woman accused of robbing business

Metro Police hope someone will recognize the woman whose image was captured on a surveillance camera during a robbery on New Year’s Eve.

The incident happened around 2:28 a.m. in the 6300 block of W. Charleston Avenue.

According to Metro Police, the woman, armed with a gun, approached an employee and demanded money.

The woman is described as Hispanic, around 35 years old, 5-foot-6-inches tall and weighing around 150 to 160 pounds. She had black hair worn in a bun and was wearing a white Tommy Hilfiger sweater, white pants with gray and white shoes.
