LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — 8 News Now is working to answer any questions you might have about getting your 12-15-year-old children vaccinated. The US Food and Drug Administration authorized the emergency use of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for the age group, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended it.

Dr. Carrie Wijesinghe, owner and medical director of Siena Pediatrics, covers all the bases, from newborns to the vaccine’s effect on children who take prescribed medications.
