LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Good Day Las Vegas has been focusing on getting healthy this week. A big part of staying healthy is incorporating exercise into your daily schedule.

Reporter Hector Mejia spent some time with personal trainer Kiana McFarland to find out how she inspires her clients to get up and move.

She has an upcoming virtual 30-day challenge to help people get healthy this summer.
