NLV Police: 2 more arrested in 11-year-old’s murder, 1 suspect at large

North Las Vegas Police have arrested two more suspects in the shooting death of an 11-year-old girl, one of them is 16-years-old. Another suspect remains at large.

Police held a news conference where they released information on the two most recent arrests. Damion Dill, 16, and Jarquan Tiffith, 20. 

Another suspect, 17-year-old Erin Hines, was arrested last week. Another suspect, 19-year-old Guy Banks III, died at the hospital after the shooting. 

Angelina Erives was killed Nov. 1 while sitting at a dining table in her home. Police say the shooting was a gang retaliation shooting but the the wrong house was targeted.

“The North Las Vegas Police department, our mayor and our entire city offer our sincere condolences to the family. We will continue to hunt down the third suspect. Our detectives will not rest until he is apprehended and justice is brought to the family,” said Assistant Chief Pamela Ojeda, North Las Vegas Police.

Video of the shooting was also released by police. It shows the vehicle with the suspects drive by the home and stop. Three of the suspects get out of the vehicle and open fire on the home.


The suspects are facing charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and four counts of attempted murder with a deadly weapon. 

Police urge anyone with information on the whereabouts of the outstanding suspect to call them at (702) 633-9111. Police know who the suspect is but haven’t released his name.
