Metro releases surveillance video of alleged suspects in Dec. 31 homicide

Metro Police need the public’s help identifying three potential suspects in a homicide that occurred in Las Vegas on Dec. 31, 2018.

According to Metro Police, on New Year’s Eve around 9:30 p.m., a person suffering from a gunshot wound was dropped off by an unknown person at Spring Valley Hospital.

The person who dropped off the gunshot victim left the hospital before police arrived.  The victim who was shot, later died from his injuries. He has been identified as 31-year-old Onyedikachi Ujoumunna.

Through the course of the investigation, LVMPD Homicide detectives were able to identify the home where the shooting occurred. However, Metro did not release any information on where the shooting happened. 

Surveillance footage from the residence was obtained and it shows three suspects entering the victim’s home moments before the shooting.
