Coroner identifies man found stabbed to death at apartment complex near Arville, Desert Inn

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The Clark County Coroner identified Anthony Lee King, 34, as the man stabbed to death on Oct. 27 at an apartment complex near Arville Street and Desert Inn Road. His death was ruled a homicide, caused by multiple stab wounds.

Authorities received a call about a man who had been murdered inside an apartment around 1:30 p.m. Officers arrived and located King, and he was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.

According to Metro Lt. Ray Spencer of the homicide section, the apartment had been subleased to a short-term rental. They are working to determine who the unit belongs to.

Metro detectives have not identified a motive. Several people were observed leaving the apartment before police received the call.
