LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The Clark County Coroner identified Dariane Lincoln-Marshall, 26, as the man shot and killed outside the Siegel Suites in downtown Las Vegas on June 18. His death was ruled a homicide, caused by a gunshot wound of the chest.
Siegel is located near Bonanza Road and Las Vegas Boulevard.
Police say the initial 911 call was made by workers in an AMR Ambulance driving by when the shooting occurred. They reported that a black man in his mid to late 20s fired a shot into a vehicle that was parked at the Siegel Suites.
After firing the shot, the suspect fled on foot on westbound Bonanza toward Las Vegas Boulevard. The vehicle then pulled out and began traveling eastbound on Bonanza.

About 30 minutes after the initial call, police received the report of a man that was dropped off at a local hospital with a gunshot wound. Lincoln-Marshall then underwent treatment and was later pronounced deceased.
Metro Lt. Ray Spencer says police are still trying to figure out who the driver of the vehicle was.
Police also do not believe the victim lived at Siegel Suites, but they are not yet sure why he was there.
