Metro Police have taken a man into custody after he made a threat while getting off of a RTC bus on Flaming Road, near Eastern Avenue, according to Metro.
The man was carrying what police have described as a suspicious package.
Flamingo Road which was closed between Eastern Avenue and McLeod Drive as police investigated the incident was reopened to traffic around 1 p.m.
Motorists should avoid the area.
