LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A man was shot and killed after an argument in the Historic Westside, police said.
Around 6:40 p.m. Wednesday officers responded to the 1100 block of Comstock Drive near Washington Avenue and MLK Boulevard to a report of a man who was shot.
When officers arrived, they found a man lying in the driveway who appeared to have been shot and another man nearby who said that he was the one who shot him.
Police said that there was an argument between the suspect, believed to be in his 20s, and the victim, believed to be in his 40s, over a transaction. The argument turned physical and the suspect pulled out a gun and shot the victim.
The suspect was taken into custody without incident.
