LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A group trying to recall Governor Steve Sisolak will not be able force a special election.
The Review Journal reports opponents collected just over 33,000 signatures on their recall petition which is short of the nearly 244,000 needed.
The group “Fight for Nevada” had sued for more time, saying bans on gatherings hampered signature-gathering. A federal judge denied their request.
