LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The grand jury has indicted the woman accused of pushing a 74-year-old man off an RTC bus. The incident happened back in March near N. 13th and Fremont streets.
The arrest report said 25-year-old Cadesha Bishop cursed at Serge Fournier and other passengers before pushing him with both of her hands. He died from his injuries in early May. Bishop was charged with open murder.
Along with the indictment Friday, Cadesha Bishop was charged with two more felonies:
- Abuse of an older/vulnerable person resulting in substantial bodily or mental harm or death.
- Battery resulting in substantial bodily harm, victim 60 years of age or older.
Court records show Bishop was twice convicted on domestic violence charges in 2012 and 2013.
