LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A former Las Vegas attorney was arrested this week on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Nevada Highway Patrol said Brian Bloomfield was pulled over on April 16 while driving on U.S. 95. According to NHP, around 11:00 p.m. troopers observed a silver passenger car failing to maintain its travel lane in the area of U.S. 95 northbound and Cheyenne.
Troopers made a traffic stop on the vehicle and came in contact with the driver, Brian Bloomfield. The trooper observed outward signs of intoxication while talking to Bloomfield, so he was asked to perform a field sobriety test. The Trooper arrested Bloomfield on suspicion of Driving under the Influence, failure to drive in a marked lane, improper yield to, and emergency vehicle and probation violation.
Bloomfield is currently being held at the Clark County Detention Center.
