LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The city of Las Vegas has created a online tool that can help families find safe routes for their children to walk to and from school.

The updated website launched with the start of the school year and is designed to keep elementary and middle school kids safe.

Parents can search by the school their child attends and then view the map with the recommended route. Click here to visit the website.
