UPDATE: The Clark County coroner’s office identified the victim as Michael Henry Ewy, 67, of Las Vegas. His cause of death is still pending.
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A body was discovered on a hiking trail in south Summerlin Saturday afternoon, police said.
A hiker discovered the body about 4 miles up the Bears Best Hiking Trail in south Summerlin near Town Center Driver and Flamingo Road, police said.
Search and rescue helped recover the body and police said the death does seem suspicious at this time.
