Three people were arrested Wednesday for their alleged involvement in stealing a truck filled with hundreds of firearms, ammunition and other property from a parking lot in Henderson.
The theft occurred on July 31 at the Fiesta Casino parking lot located in the 700 block of W. Lake Mead.
On Aug. 1, at around 9:30 p.m., a search warrant was executed by the aforementioned agencies and the Henderson Police Department SWAT Team.
Samual Donesing, 28, and Jaemillah Eagans, 26, were identified as suspects in the actual theft of the truck and trailer, Henderson Police said. They were taken into custody without incident.
Due to the extensive list of stolen property, an updated count of firearms was closer to 300, Henderson Police said.
Samual Donesing and Jaemillah Eagans were arrested pending federal charges. Additionally, 58-year-old Samlane Donesing was identified and taken into custody for Conspiracy to Buy, Possess, Receive Stolen Property.
Samual Donesing and Jamemillah Eagans were booked into the Henderson Detention Center.
Samlane Donesing was booked into the Clark County Detention Center.
According to Henderson Polie, detectives worked with the (ATF) Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives and (LVMPD) Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to apprehend the alleged suspects.
