Las Vegas law enforcement is getting more money to prevent terror attacks.
Congress has doubled federal grants for local police. That includes a $5 million grant through the Urban Areas Security Initiative program within the Department of Homeland Security.
The grant is nearly double what Las Vegas received for 2017.
