Las Vegas(KLAS)-The Springs Preserve is commemorating the tremendous contributions of African-Americans to Southern Nevada’s rich history and culture for the 14th Annual Black History Month Festival. The celebration is on Saturday, February 18th and tickets are $9.95 for adults and $4.95 for children, children 2 and under are free.
