Jamey Walker was an 18-year-old beauty queen who was kidnapped from her home, held for ransom and then murdered. Investigators think they are finally closing in on a suspect. I-Team reporter George Knapp has been following this case since Walker’s murder in 1981.
I-Team: Man agrees to plea deal in 35-year-old murder case
UPDATE: Former boxer Willie Shannon entered an Alford plea to second degree murder. Basically, he admitted there was enough evidence to find him guilty in the killing of 18-year-old Jamey Walker in May of 1981
