Judge rules to release autopsy records on Oct. 1 shooting victims

The autopsy records of the 58 victims of the deadliest mass shooting in modern history will be released following a ruling by Clark County District Judge Timothy Williams Tuesday morning.

The coroner has already released information that all 58 victims died as a result of gunshot wounds.

Lawyers from media companies have argued that those reports, as well as Stephen Paddock’s full autopsy report, should be made public.

All the records will be released, however the names of the victims will not be in their reports. Paddock’s name will be in his report, according to the court.
