Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing

As soon as Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing started before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Democrats called for a delay to review tens of thousands of pages of documents they said they just received. Republican Chairman Chuck Grassley shut down the Democrats’ request for a delay, vowing Kavanaugh’s hearings will be finished this week.
