A 47-year-old teacher in Henderson was arrested for indecent behavior toward three of his students.

On Feb. 9, Henderson Police responded to Brown Middle School, located at 307 Cannes Street, to investigate inappropriate behavior between Jeffrey Schultz and three students in his science class.

The victims, who are said to be 13 to 14-year-old girls, told authorities that Schultz asked them to stay behind after class so that he could talk to them privately, but according to the girls, Schultz spoke inappropriately with them causing the girls to feel uncomfortable and threatened.

An arrest warrant was issued for Schultz on three misdemeanor counts of annoyance, molestation or indecency toward a minor under 18. He was arrested at his home Tuesday evening.
