Construction crews are making progress laying the foundation for the nearly two-billion-dollar Raiders Stadium just about a mile west of the Las Vegas Strip.
Developers expect the 65,000-seat venue to be finished before the start of the 2020 season. Several miles south in Henderson will be the home of the team’s headquarters and practice facility. City leaders approved a sale of land near the executive airport back in February and organizers are presenting “the story of the Raiders HQ relocation.”
