Gene Wilder classics returning to the big screen


AMC Theatres is honoring the late Gene Wilder by showing two of his classic films in theaters this weekend.

“Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” and “Blazing Saddles” will play in 55 theaters across the country with $5 ticket prices.

In Las Vegas, AMC Town Square will show the films.

Gene Wilder died from complications from Alzheimer’s disease at his Connecticut home on Monday.  He was 83 years old.

AMC Town Square
Saturday September 3 & Sunday September 4:

Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory – 5:00 p.m.
Blazing Saddles – 7:30 p.m.
