Fiery crash involving school bus in Moapa Valley, no kids injured

A van burst into flames after crashing into a Clark County District School bus Wednesday morning in Moapa Valley, Nevada.

The head-on crash happened at 8:51 a.m. on SR 169 and Lyman Road. According to NHP, distracted driving by the driver of the mini-van may have caused the crash.

NHP Trooper Jason Buratczuk said, no kids were on the bus at the time of the crash, but a flight for life helicopter was requested to transport the driver of the mini-van. The driver suffered non life-threatening injuries. The bus driver was seen walking around the bus after the crash.
