An intergalactic festival is taking over Downtown Las Vegas Saturday with the goal of saving local art programs.
It’s called the Intergalactic Art Car Festival and it’s taking place at 900 Fremont Street. The festival beings at 8:00 p.m. and run until 2:00 a.m.
