The start of the ‘Life is Beautiful’ festival in downtown Las Vegas is just two days away, but when you look past all the music and fun, there’s a serious issue of homelessness plaguing the city.

Before the start of the big music festival, organizers and city officials have the difficult task of relocating the homeless community for the festival. 

Wednesday the Las Vegas City Council addressed the incredible homeless issue facing the city which now ranks fifth in the country for unsheltered homeless.  But as bad as that is, it’s actually an improvement.  Las Vegas used to be ranked third in the country.
