The man arrested for a DUI crash that killed two people was in court Friday morning.
Henry Aparicio, 23, faces DUI and reckless driving charges. His bail was was set at $500,000.
The deadly crash happened Wednesday night at Sahara Avenue and Hualapai Way. According to Metro Police, Aparicio was impaired and speeding when he struck the rear-end of a car stopped at a red light. The two people inside that car were killed.
He’s due back in court later this month.
