Andrea Castilla was celebrating her 28th birthday in Las Vegas the the Route 91 music festival with her boyfriend and family.
She was hit in the head by a bullet and killed.
Her boyfriend, Derek, had planned to propose to her after the festival.
Andrea was described as a “free spirit with a positive outlook.”
