Aerial footage shows aftermath of Las Vegas shooting

Metro police released the 10th batch of audio and video files related to the 1 October shooting investigation.

This batch shows some of the confusion as police try to figure out how many suspects were involved in the shooting.

There is video from seven more officers’ body cameras, as well as three infrared videos from a police helicopter.

One of the videos shows the chaos outside the Executive Terminals at McCarran International Airport, east of the Route 91 Harvest Festival site. It shows and officer trying to keep people moving east away from the danger.

Aerial footage taken after the mass shooting shows the broken windows of a Las Vegas Strip casino-hotel suite where the gunman fired at a crowd gathered for a music festival in October.

Videos released under court order also show the usually bustling Strip blocked off; runways and planes at McCarran International Airport; and officers pointing their weapons and restraining two people about a mile from the site of the shooting.

Police and the FBI are not commenting about the records involving the Oct. 1 shooting that killed 58 people and injured hundreds of others. Authorities have not determined a motive.
