2 people stabbed, killed at Circus Circus, Metro said

Two people were stabbed and killed on the Las Vegas Strip.

According to Metro, it happened early Friday evening at Circus Circus Hotel and Casino.

Both victims were scheduled to go to the Grand Canyon and never showed up. A welfare check was provided at 2 p.m. Friday afternoon and found both the male and female victims dead inside a hotel room, according to police. 

The Clark County Coroner’s Office has identified the victims as Khuong Le Ba Nguyen and  Sang Boi Nghia. They both died from multiple stab wounds.

Investigators say the two victims were from Los Angeles and part of a tour group. 

There wasn’t any other information released.
